Thank You
The words “thank you” are inadequate. This is my 5th year retaining SLA. Each of the employees I deal with whether they be the educational specialists, the attorney, advocate for my son. When I first retained them, I needed a lot of “hand holding.” They have prepared me for all of the meetings and I felt zealously represented and prepared to speak. This firm has always delivered a positive determination, and prompt reimbursement. For what it’s worth, some of my friends are still waiting for reimbursement from 2 years ago. Not I.
SLA Has Great Employees
We have used SLA for 9 years now and I cannot say enough good things about them. They make a daunting job of navigating the whole special education process manageable. When we started I had no idea the amount of work and effort that goes into this process. SLA have great employees who are hard working friendly and caring. Everyone we have dealt with has done a great job and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Affordable Outcome

Friendly And Knowledgeable
My son Bryan and I been with Susan Luger Associates for about 5 years. We've been very satisfied with their service, the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and hold your hand through the whole process.
Price is reasonable and the results speaks for them self- have not lost a case yet. We appreciate there service tremendously, will definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Susan Luger Associates! I have nothing but great things to say about them. In all aspects, the staff has been wonderful. They are knowledgeable, professional, attentive and competent. They have guided me through every step of the way and have taken the burden and worry of navigating the challenging process of the special education system off of my shoulders. Their support and guidance has been immeasurable.
A special thank you to the Director, Natasha Chase, who, from the very 1st day that I met her, made me feel at ease. Her expertise and knowledge of the special education system was obvious and I knew that I would be in good hands. Thanks and gratitude to our Educational Advocate, Jeanne Stone, who I worked closely with and relied on her knowledge and experience to help and guide me through many IEP/CSE meetings. Thanks to Adrienne Schorr, Parent Representative who was also a great support. Last, but certainly not least, a great big thank you to our affiliated Attorney, Kimberly-Coleman Tavares who was highly knowledgeable in Special Education law and helped obtain a favorable outcome each time.

They Have Been Our Rock
The staff of Susan Lugar & Associates have been our rock through a very difficult time. They have helped us on the legal end, in trying to seek reimbursement when the district could not provide FAPE (free and appropriate public education), they have helped us navigate the system all together. The staff we worked most closely became confidants who truly saw and understand our student and their unique needs. Highly recommend!
